Meaning : A lung desiese caused by inhaling fine ash for a long time.
This is the longest word in English. Also , it is not an informal word but a factitous word. This name was created for medical terms in 1935 by M.Smith . But no one uses it because of its tough spelling.
The easier word is “Silicosis” or “Pneumoconiosis”.
