Being productive doesn’t mean being busy all the time , it means getting the right things done in the right way. Here’s how:
1. Set Specific Daily Goals–
Start each day by listing 3 main tasks you must finish.– Use tools like a planner, Notion, or Google Calendar.
2. Break Big Tasks Into Smaller Ones–
Example: Instead of “Study for exam,” break it down to “Review Chapter 1,” “Make flashcards,” etc.
3. Use Time Management Techniques–
Pomodoro: Work 25 mins, break 5 mins. After 4 sessions, take a longer break.– Time blocking: Schedule your tasks on a calendar.
4. Remove Distractions–
Keep your phone on Do Not Disturb.– Use website blockers like “Forest” or “Cold Turkey.”
5. Reflect & Adjust–
At the end of the day, ask: “What did I do well?” and “What can I improve?”
